The Society consists of ten Charter Members. Seven of these members were present at a meeting in Monterey, California in September of 2004 to examine the possibility of forming an organization that would pursue an increase in the awareness of Robert Trent Jones and his work. In the future more golf clubs will be added to The Society to pursue this goal and other objectives as outlined in the Mission/Objectives section of this site.
